Before we get started, please carfully read the agreement and terms below.
This covers all of the policies and terms relating to the Personal Training service I’ll be providing you with to make sure everything is layed out in writing at the outset of our training relationship.

Depending on the package you’ve selected, Personal Training sessions include personalised exercise programs, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Each session lasts 45-50, and we will work together to schedule these at times that suit you.

Payment is due at the beginning of each training period (e.g., 4-weeks, session).
Ideally paid online via the link provided.
A 5% late fee will be applied to overdue payments.
Packages must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be non-refundable.

Your safety is my priority. Please inform me of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your training.
Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before beginning their training program.

Respect and professionalism are expected at all times. Please be punctual for sessions, wear appropriate clothes for training, and maintain a positive attitude.
