I train my face to face clients in private facilities in either Greenhithe, Rochester or Farningham. So if you're close to these areas it's all good.

If you book a 5 or 10 session block. These sessions need to be booked within 2 months after purchase or you'll lose any remaining sessions.

I get it life happens. Just let me know in advance ideally and we can roll the session over to another date.

Typically most sessions will be 45-50 mins.

Rather than give you a meal plan, I'll look at what you're already eating and help you understand how to adpat it to better reach your goals.

You don't need to do burpees to get fit, so no. Unless you're insane and really want to do them.
